Questions
Before you spend the 14 days
- How long does it take to move off spreadsheets?
- Most schools import students and classes from CSV on day one and run their first invoices the same week. You don't have to move everything at once — start with admissions or attendance and add the rest when you're ready.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- You can export everything — students, classes, invoices, payments — as CSV or JSON at any time, without asking us. If you close the account, your database is deleted rather than flagged as inactive.
- Do parents need to install anything?
- No. The parent portal is a web page they open from a link. If they want it on their home screen it installs as an app, but that's their choice, not a requirement.
- Can we use our own currency and timezone?
- Yes. Both are settings, not assumptions — the system reads amounts and decides what 'today' means according to your school, not ours.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel from inside the app. Annual plans save 20% and run for the year you paid for.
- What do you do with student data?
- We process it on your instructions and nothing else — no advertising, no selling, no third-party tracking in the parent app. Each school gets its own database rather than a shared one, so isolation is physical rather than a WHERE clause.
